Join Sarah McLellan, Spoonful Herbal’s Mentorship alumni, for a family-friendly afternoon at Shelburne Farms learning about edible spring flowers.

Celebrate spring by exploring the humble dandelion! Using the practices of the honorable harvest, participants will forage for these common blooms to make delicious fritters, picnicking on the lawn with fresh flower crowns.
