Join Sarah McLellan, Spoonful Herbal’s Mentorship alumni, for a family-friendly afternoon at Shelburne Farms learning about edible spring flowers.
Celebrate the warmth of solstice by cooling down with some common medicinal greens- nettles, mustard greens and dandelion leaf! Using the practices of the honorable harvest, participants will forage for and process these leafy greens into a delicious nutrient dense pesto to share and enjoy. Bring a small tupperware and take some home!
